Returns and exchanges 

In accordance with Articles VI.47–52 of the Code of Economic Law, the consumer has a period of 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason and at no cost. Any ordered item may be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt. The item must be returned in its original packaging. Return costs are to be borne by the customer; items should be sent to the following return address: Beukenstraat 43, 9255 Buggenhout (Belgium). In all cases, a return will only be accepted if the item is clean, unused, and in its original packaging.

 

Delivery and performance of the agreement

Delivery of the ordered item within Belgium takes place at the address specified by the customer or, in the event of absence, via collection at a postal point or post office. Delivery in other countries takes place at the address specified by the customer. The seller aims to deliver the ordered item within 5 working days of receipt of payment. However, this delivery period is indicative only; a strict delivery deadline cannot be guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, the seller is not liable for any losses, costs, liabilities, damages, fines, or expenses arising from a delay in or failure of delivery.

Retention of title

The delivered items remain the exclusive property of AROID HABITAT until the moment of full payment by the Customer.  The Customer undertakes to inform third parties of AROID HABITAT retention of title where necessary—for example, anyone who might seek to seize the items that have not yet been fully paid for.
